Around 70 well-trained specialists work for us. We want to give something back to the market. We are passionate about working with our trainees and providing opportunities that our construction machinery mechanic EFZ, production mechanic EBA and design engineer EFZ trainees make the most of.

In the field of construction machinery, we have the largest number of the most innovative and new attachments on the market and are characterised by quality awareness, also in the area of service and repairs. Thanks to a competent metalworking shop, production as well as the development (construction) of our own products and our large workshop, the training fields are very diverse.

Those who complete an apprenticeship with us gain an insight into a modern marketing and sales strategy and experience agile management principles at first hand. Family spirit and team spirit are important to us.
