Egli mast foundation grapple 13 - 22 t

Significant lateral forces are diverted away from the cylinder by the specially designed forced guidance system and transmitted directly to the chassis, which is designed for this purpose.

Rotation is provided by a robust cylindrical gear system, enabling continuous 360° rotation. To withstand wear and high forces, the shells are made entirely from Hardox. The slender shape of the helical teeth minimises the shells’ penetration resistance.

Thanks to the external articulation of the shells, the entire internal space of the shells (190 l) can be filled with excavated material and is not obstructed by internal baffles. The entire grapple is designed to withstand the operating loads of a 22 t excavator.
