This year, we participated in the Swiss Arbeitgeber Award 2026 tfor the first time, and it was a resounding success! In the «50-99 employees» category, we achieved an excellent 4th place. This puts us among Switzerland's best employers out of 152 participating compagnies.

The Swiss Arbeitgeber Award is the most prestigious award for employer attractiveness in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The results are based on scientifically sound employee satisfaction surveys, in which employees were able to anonymously evaluate their workplace. The topics evaluated include job content, cooperation, employee promotion and remuneration.

We are particularly pleased with the high scores achieved in the areas of employee promotion and customer focus, with 90 points out of 100, as well as in the categories of corporate strategy and teamwork, with 89 points each. We were delighted with these results and comments, which motivate us to continue giving our very best.

For us, however, this participation represented much more than just a shiny trophy: the sincere comments from our staff members provided us with valuable information about our strengths and areas where we can still improve. Based on this, our management team has already set new annual goals to further optimise everyday working life in all departments.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in the survey, as well as to the entire team whose commitment and spirit of solidarity made this success possible! We owe our harmonious working atmosphere to your collegial and always helpful relationships with one another. 

This allows us to develop our working environment together within the Egli team day after day, and we are already looking forward to seeing what the future holds!
